Return Window:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
Final sale or perishable goods are non-returnable.

We will provide a return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged / Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Exchanges:
Please return the original item and place a new order.
